Meet Our Team

We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home. At Sound Orthodontics, we put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the latest in technological advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Meet Our Front Office:

Rachel (West Seattle): Rachel has been working within the customer service department since graduating from college in 2004. After two years as the lead concierge at a hotel, she decided to put her customer service skills to work in the dental industry. Rachel has been in our West Seattle location since 2007 and loves working with patients, coordinating their treatment, and helping them with their accounting and insurance needs. During her free time, Rachel loves to ski and her goal is to travel the world.
Erin (Southcenter): Erin has over twelve years of experience in the orthodontic field. Having both front and back office experience, Erin can answer any questions you may have about your orthodontic treatment as well as handle your financial contracts and insurance needs in our Southcenter location. In her free time, Erin enjoys working out, shopping and spending time with family and friends.
Kristi (Renton Highlands): One of Kristi’s first jobs as a teenager was in a dental office. Since then, Kristi has tried other professions but has always returned to the dental field. Most of her experience has been in the specialty of orthodontics. Kristi is the full time scheduling and financial coordinator at our Renton location. She has helped in all aspects of the orthodontic office and is a great source of information for any questions you may have. Kristi enjoys traveling with her husband Scott, spa days, and spin class.

Meet Our Orthodontic Technicians:

	Norma: Norma has been in the dental field for 18 years and has worked in this practice since 1996. Making patients as comfortable as possible during appointments is her top priority. Norma’s favorite things to do are boating, camping, snowboarding, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
	Carly: Carly did her internship from an accredited dental assisting program at our office in 2005. Upon completion of her internship, she was immediately hired as a full time technician. Carly greatly enjoys improving the smiles of our patients. In her free time, Carly loves to snowboard and explore all of Washington’s wonders.
	Mari: Mari is the newest member of our team and has been an orthodontic technician since 2003. Mari likes getting to know the patients and strives to provide gentle care at every appointment. In her free time, Mari enjoys catching up with friends and family, traveling, snowboarding, and scrapbooking.
	Jean: Jean recently retired from the restaurant business and relocated to Seattle. Her meticulous nature perfectly suits her to be our part-time sterilization technician. Jean is an excellent chef and gardener. In her free time, Jean enjoys reading, exercising, and cooking for her family.
